Once again, it's another damp day in Waynesburg -- but it doesn't seem like anyone's complaining.
Precipitation officially began to fall at 7:50 a.m. on the Greene County seat, where each July 29, the community celebrates Rain Day.
As far back as records have been kept, it has rained 112 times in the past 136 years in the town.
"And it's getting dark outside, so it looks like we may get some more," Mayor Blair Zimmerman said.
A festival is being held in the downtown area from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. To learn more, go to www.raindayfestival.com.
